was the turn raise call mistake? or check behind call river was better?

Hello,

I would definitely 3bet bigger preflop - like $0.85-$0.9.

I would bet around $0.8 on the flop.

As played, I am not really betting the turn as there are hardly any worse hands to call us if we do.
When he raises I'd just fold.
