Hey TT,
What is your opinion on Poker Snowie?
Also why did you not play tourneys online? In the current state of the game would you advise to start playing them as the field is much fishier than the current cash pool?

I didn't look into it all that much but the preflop advice is a bit random is so generalistic, I wouldn't really consider it helpful.
Lifestyle of a Trny Pro is really ugly: loooong sessions without breaks, strange sleeping frequency ... also massive variance and EV is still smaller per hour compared to cash games, except you are crushing higher stakes MTTs. For the live circuit you have so many side costs of travelling, hotel etc. I would only consider that if you want to travel the world and see some nice places, but as a career choice I dont find it too appealing.
I sometimes played MTTs and tried to study the various stages but I never did well. Ran horribly in all my EPT and WSOP entries in 2010 and 2011 and also never really made much when playing sunday majors online.
I do think there are more recreational players around but I would still not change from cash games to trnys full time ever. You can study opponents and outwork them way better in cash games and the lifestyle seems to me much more healthy.
When I do, I play pretty much anything from 1/2 - 10/20. I'm not playing much though atm, sometimes live in deep games
PLO and NLHE cash games.
Most of my energy though goes into our business ventures these days.
I also coach regularly which is great fun. I might not be 100% up to date with all the games atm, but I have a ton of experience and I think I'm capable of adapting to new environments pretty quickly.
