Hello,

We can't really categorize him as a fishy for just 8 hands.

Anyways, I like checking the flop here, as being OOP it would be quite hard to continue on this board.

When he checks, I think betting the turn is fine.
When he raises so big though, I would just fold.

Folding the river is good.
