The past week have been far from acceptable, still I want to give a self reflection on the week and how I will try not to end up in the same scenario this week.
To be honest I just haven't felt motivated to play, so I haven't played any long sessions which obv is something I need to work on. I have also had two days where I have been feeling bad and didn't play because I didn't think it would be as smart as just wait and get better, I also had a fun night with some friends which also cost me a good night of grinding. But 9,000 hands is still very bad.
I have also been studying really hard this week, I have pretty much watched a video everyday and reviewed my sessions. I think videos is a good way to study but at some point watching too many might start to stop the learning and you just don't get to add the stuff you learn into your own game.

For this week my goals will pretty much be the same, I will just aim for one less video so I will have more time grinding. Since I got a coaching last week I will take that off the list, but still consider if I want to get some more coaching. Hopefully I will do better at my goals this week.
- 20,000 hands
- Watch three training videos
- Make session review for 30 min after my sessions
- One day off from poker
- Get on three bike rides (gym if the weather is too bad)
