Stronger play is likely to flat in BB since you close the action. It might be different if you were MP vs UTG and there were guys still to act behind you.

On flop vs raise, assuming you see only 1 additional card you have a break-even call due to pot odds. Your implieds should make you some money however so calling is good.

On the turn you don't get direct odds to call and have to fold.

Well, usually my standard was/is to 3-bet AK from any position (vs unknowns).

I guess, flatting might be better, as I don`t want to face 4-bet from UTG.
But the again, depends on the villain. E.g. if he opens wide and rarely folds to 3-bets, I want to raise it up PRE.

Yeah, it's all villain dependent of course.

In the blinds vs EP open I generally recommend AK/QQ is a flat call with no info. 3betting will be +EV, but not always the most +EV. Not to mention you keep the pot small vs a guy whos tendencies you don't know much about.

Vs good opponents, another consideration is how your range looks. 3betting vs UTG looks very strong and AKs will be close to the bottom of your range. By flat-calling you put yourself close to the top of your range leading to potentially more profitable postflop situations.
