Is it so unlikely he has another ace that I should fear? And a bigger pocket pair?

In my experience so far, most players don't bluff reraise nearly enough at low limits so you can probably assume that he has a pretty decent hand(maybe 99+, AJ+ and some others if he is indeed loose) unless you've seen him show down some bluff-raises in the last 10 hands (in this case the range could be almost anything). His aggressive stats don't mean much because they're over 10 hands. I would probably put him on 99-KK after the flop or a bluff, I don't think most player would bet pot with an A. Still a tough call, but I'd probably call it down too...

against his stack its push or fold preflop imo. You dont have any reads so you have to give him some credit first and even fullstacked I wouldnt call a 3bet oop unless its so small like here. But then most of the times just for setvalue.
as played you have to get it in on the flop. Hes never folding any smaller pair or k high.
