stop busting your roll man. PokerStars has this great feature . table restriction/limit restiction. USE IT !
I lack discipline and I tillt, I login plan to stop playing after I lose 3bi, but I continue to play when that happens. ♦
Sounds like you have to work on your mental game then! Have you considered reading a book like The Mental Game of Poker? Also, the author of that book has a topic on the forum in which you can ask him questions, which you may or may not be familiar with:
+++Q&A with Jared Tendler!!+++
Another option might be to try out TiltBreaker, if you use HEM2. I haven't used it myself, but I believe it automatically closes all tables or something after you have lost an x amount of money. So that might be useful as well, but it's unfortunately not free. ![]()
Of course it's easy to tell you to just quit when you've lost 3BI, but that's easier said than done! I recommend taking a look at the topic I mentioned above, and taking a look at a couple of the Psychology articles:

Hopefully that can help you protect your money from tilt a bit!
Thanks Tino I'll check it out.
Congrats on your job at PS!
Anyway update
I'll update weekly on friday if possible.
Well started on monday, played 3607 hands. Have not looked at my graph until today so i'll post it. I did not even know I was running above EV by that much!.
Now i feel I don't deserve it. So have to work on my game some more!
Kind of tilted a bit right now, gonna bath and grind another session 4 tabling.
Course starting next week so poker wise I'll have to create a schedule. Anyway a giraffe of a break even player!

Ok so until next friday I won't look at my graph again!
Wish me luck! ♠_evil:
Thanks Sarkov!
I'd like my break even graphs to look like that! But my break even graphs look... you know... break even ![]()
What kind of course are you going to be starting?
Well the week has been a rollercaster, gone on a downswing then manage to move up the profit line but then today lost some and back to -ve! Volume wise it has been good!
My winrate back to 4bb/100!
Anyway here is the graph for this week.

I'm choosing to update this blog now rather than the 31st because I think i might take a break from poker for some days.
The graph for last week a bit ugly with the red line going way down, maybe it is because I tried to 6 table. ( Wont do that any time soon, will play 4 table)

Now monthly graph, a bit better than I expected! 6.92bb/100 - Is that winrate too low for NL2 FR?

Also Started with $100 now at $130, yesterday I bought my first stellar rewards for $10 but spewed it in SNG/HUSNG etc due to tilt! So yeah why did I buy it in the first place If i am too spew it! ![]()
Edit: Had to edit it lots of time because image keep getting weird!
Hmm yesterday did not take a break played about 2k hands and breaking even!
It's about time I get to know how a break even stretch feels like.
Anyway i am thinking of going to 6max, well with 6 tables in FR i'm getting bored and spewing money cause of it! ![]()
Okay so lets see the pros and cons of 6max!
Pros
More action packed!
More poker videos/articles on 6max!
Heard it is hard to get action on FR on higher limits!
Cons
Need to be good postflop!
Much more swingy and so tilting might be an issue!
Ok maybe there are some more pros and cons, but nothing else coming through my mind right now!
Anyway going to give it a try now, 2 tabling! Wish me luck!
