played a shortish session of NL25 yesterday and ran pretty good. I have transferred the winnings from the DD to PKR and have a bit of a better roll

Not a great solution as it is tournament money and still partly stake but it still allows me to play a bit higher. Also unless I run bad, :), I should be able to open some NL50 tables before the end of the week.
Yesterday, a friend came to see me to "transfer a few domains" to a new server. After 4 hours we were still transferring files across. fml. He went home and continued the transfer overnight.
I then proceeded into so more loft insulation and flooring. I came down after a couple of hours, covered in fibre glass and itching all over. fml
Then Shower, Dinner, Poker. nice spag. bol.
I decided to play a mix of NL50 and NL25. I ran good at NL50 and ran bad at NL25 but I ended up spewing 2BI at NL50. 1) by trying to bluffing a station off TP 2) by not been able to throw away my cowboys when he so obviously had it. I ended $25 down.
You obviously own these games but I think you need to be able to tell yourself to take a break, perhaps a bit sooner than you may think? I know the games can be sooooo juicy it's tough to sit out, but I feel the two episodes you mention were just a bit of tiredness creeping in.
It's just my opinion of course and I could be totally off target.
yes either that or shorter sessions. It seems that I was off my a game towards the end indeed and I am probably unconsciously still chasing that $19k bonus

I watch Shev's video latest today and as expected it delivers ♠_cool:. He made a couple of folds pre towards the end when the pot was unopened that were on the nitty side 
but otherwise his range evaluation was really good and thanks to it I feel I can improve and elaborate the range evaluation of my own opponents. There were also a couple of spots vs different stack size that were interesting.
I have been doing some more work in the attic and I am once again covered in fiber glass and my arms are covered in rash. not nice!

Snap! I trimmed a fern bush yday, apparently that doesn't get on with me. Rashes all down my arms and legs, I look so ill.

I made a few changes to my game yesterday...
1) reduce my opening raise from 3bb everywhere, 2.5 in BU to 2.5bb everywhere, 2 in BU
Since my opening range has increased quite a lot since the video review with Manu and TT, it is probably for the best to reduce the opening bet size
2) adjust my post flop betting size. I normally hover around 1/2 pot a bit more for value , a bit less for a bluff.... going up to 2/3 occasionally.
I picked up in Shev's video that he was betting big on most spots with the occasional lower bet when he had narrowed a range quite well and knew that there was either thin value or, I imagine, a folding range that does not need much to fold.
So I started to bet much closer to pot size and having a much better success rate at both getting value when needed and getting fold as well more often. I think I paid more attention to ranges as well and cbetted a bit less than usual.

I had a guy sitting on my right yesterday playing 60/20. But he hit all night and I paid him twice. (first time for 160bb). tbh both time i should /could have folded so I am to blame.
he left the table with close to 850bb. wp sir. I ended up break even which is meh but better than a losing session.
back in Bristol and back at work in the next hour :).
I had another break even session yesterday. Something funny is happening though. I am very aggressive and pretty loose as soon as I have a bad player OOP. And they play all sort of cards
