i read today on the paper that a guy in Moscow was found guilty of slaughtering a dog in front of two little children when drunk... 21 months of prison and something like a $500 fine

If you kill the dogs you obligate urself to killing the owners too, since they can

a) witness against you

b) buy a new dog

Killing a dog while its horrified owner is on the other end of its leash aint just going to get you a couple of weeks, but the look on her face would be priceless

Get a BB gun or slingshot and hide in some bushes or something, when the dog is right in front of your house shoot it right in the a$$. Do this a couple of days in a row and it will never want to go past your house again, or it will go so fast it will be a frantic blur of dog and hapless owner clinging on for dear life.
