He calls 4bet preflop, on the flop the best hand he could have is set or overpair (AA or KK), so I think I was supposed to just c/shove flop???

Hello,

I would cbet the flop myself - this is a board where I expect him to have hit quite often but overall I don't like giving him the opportunity to check.
As played, I think check/shove is slightly better than check/call.
