It's good that you are being supported from the Gaming commissioner and I hope his e-mails help you to receive your money quickly. Its quite understandable that you are upset - I think we all would be - but just like in poker it is important to keep a level head. PokerStars is usually one of the most hassle free sites to cash out on, and I hope they will soon realize their mistake and correct it.

Gratz to managing to re-track your account by the way. In order to receive StrategyPoints - don't forget to enable the information sharing box in the PokerStars software.

thay sent my money to poste italiante, but still wont acknowledge so. they are still claiming i have been paid.
the truth is stars support has been evasive, they have an obligation that i get paid. sometimes mistakes happen and if pstars would fix there mistake i could be paid. it has been over 3 weeks now and i dont have alot of faith in stars anymore. so be warned winning is the easy bit getting paid is hard.

I have been staying up to check my bank as the roll starts at 12pm, and my funds have arrived on the 21st. Less $24 Very relieved and happy will be able to sleep restfully tonight, i don’t know who has sorted it out, i imagine whoever sorted it out will contact me. I will let you know ASAP as to how this miracle occurred.
But i am not overly impressed with the amount of time it has taken and will be finding out who was responsible for the delay and will be seeking recourse with them.
Is it possible the visa processor has held onto it 4 the same length as time as your processor the dates fit 1st, 11th, 21st Coincidents me think not Also strange i get onto some high up visa dude today(Will @ singapoore) and that day i get paid he said that ARN was going to help.

never have i been involved in such a shit fight to be paid.
the jury is out on the culprit, pending further evidence.
paper cheque couried next time thats for sure.
