calculating quick ranges

Ok so can you tell me if this is about right then for a 6 sided table

Rock/Nit :- open raise 5% button raise 8% 3bet 2%

Tag :- open raise 10% button raise 20% 3bet 5%

Lag :- open raise 20% button raise 40% 3bet 10%

Maniac :- open raise 35% button raise 60% 3bet 20%

For 6-Max those seem still a bit tight for the nits tags and lags

Some maniacs don't open-raise this much, but limp/call a lot pre

Do you have Rasie-first-in by position on your HUD?

I hope some others chime in, since this is an interesting question, and I'm not sure I'm really the best person to be trying to answer.

I pretty much agree with what VS said.

But there is one flaw in what you are saying imo. The button raise doesn't mean anything when looking if one is a TAG, LAG,… I'm playing 22/20 VP$P/PFR (wild guess but should be something around that). I think I'm considered more a TAG player but I do raise 60%+ on the button. People are folding way to much in the blinds so it's just to profitable to not raise a lot of hands.
