BB: t440 22 BBs

Pre Flop: (t30) Hero is BTN/SB with 3 :club: Q :diamond:
Hero raises to t40, BB calls t20

Flop: (t80) Q :club: 9 :spade: 7 :club: (2 players)
BB bets t20, Hero raises to t80, BB calls t60

Turn: (t240) 9 :club: (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets t100, BB folds

Villain is a fish. Unknown. Would u raise/fold weak top pairs here vs an unknown? I think most fishes will donk small/flat draws, but donk bet small/ship a more nutted range.

Also-on the Turn, there are still many hands to get value from-7x, draws, 1 club draws etc. Would u bet/call or bet/fold Turn? I sometimes see fishes min donk/flatting draws and c/ship Turns like this to rep 9x and maybe get more FE(my smaller sizing might also seem inducing). Or maybe he has KT with K of clubs and c/ships as a semi bluff here.

So what's best to do on the Turn?

probably bet/folding is better. his broke range on the turn should be lots of 9x flushes and some strong draws. against those hands we are pretty crushed.

lets see if he shoves turn its a 320shove you need to call 220 to win a pot of 880 or 25%

your hand against a range of 68 TJ (OESD) 7x with A or K flushdraw, flushes
( no nut flush draw though)
and 9x had 36.5% equity.

but he might not go broke with 68 he might sometimes have some better Qx which makes it much closer.

also if you dont have the extra equity from the 3 flushdraw its a fold.

Hi all,

In this spot if you're in doubt of getting called by worse hands, I like a check back. I think a b/f is more reasonable if we don't have the (very weak) redraw here.

i think he have a lot of QX, 7X, or draws in his range flop to smallbet/call, 9 is unlikely, so i would bet turn and checkback most rivers...

if the turn is a 7, i would checkback and analyse what he does river... if he bets, i would probably fold, if he checks, i would probably bet/fold.
