Good fold or weak play?

In position with a pair of Aces - re-raised pre-flop was called.

The flop was as wet as a mermaids mouthwash and in my mind I was already beat or was going to have to face another big bet on the turn (little chance of improving my hand really unless I hit another A (assuming villain didn't have the Ace hearts)).

Folded I think rightly but please could you let me know your thoughts

Hello,

3bet bigger preflop - I'd make it $0.2.

I think folding is out of discussion here - we are almost always having the best hand here and there are much draws that we can take value from as well.
I would raise the flop and stack off.

well I'm not the judge but you should adapt your play to oponent.
What type of player are you facing?
First of all what would be his 3-bet calling range?
suited connectors?
That is first thing to think about when you get this kind of flop.
I dont think that someone with nut flash would donkbet but hey it is NL2 everyting is possible ♦ (i know, just got out of there )

Yep, your absolutely right and in hindsight I should have fired a re-raise.

My luck in these spots is abysmal and I think I was just scared of loosing a stack yet again...
