Board is wet. Both players checked so can assume they didn't hit flop. As a starting player I should play strong hands fast. However, in this case I am afraid that my raise will cause them to fold. I would chose for slowplay here and allow for a chance for the board to improve and max EV by other players betting on turn of river.
