Aside from Pokerstars, there is no pokerroom that is trackable through Pokerstrategy and supported by PT4?

PokerTracker4 works on a lot of our rooms here. If you go to PokerTrackers Supported Sites Page you can see a huge list.
From taking just a quick look I can see Bet365, Titan, Everest, Unibet & Ladbrokes.
They also state "Others" but if there is a specific room you're after I could attempt to find out for you
