Well, I don't think the stats you posted are giving good info unless he min raises all his 63% PFR with these effective stacks. Some hands he will shove(like small pairs, suited connectors, small Ax), some hands he will raise to induce, maybe he limps a few hands also. So it is not giving me much.

Usually I will shove unless I feel like it is unprofitable to shove(because he is raise/calling non all in say about 30% including all broadway, Ax, some mid-high pairs and some bluffs). Then I will flat the JTo and this is one of the few hands I flat this short on a min raise.

As played, I c/sh flop.
