1/2 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: PokerStrategy Elephant 0.60 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is SB with J♦, J♠
UTG+1 raises, UTG+2 3-bets, MP1 folds, MP2 calls, 3 folds, Hero calls, BB folds, UTG+1 calls.

I should have folded this hand preflop because there was more than one raise in front of me, and JJ is not on the "Very strong hands" list.
Flop: (13.00 SB) 2♦, A♥, 9♠ (4 players)
Hero checks, UTG+1 checks, UTG+2 bets, MP2 calls, Hero folds, UTG+1 calls.

Turn: (8.00 BB) 4♣ (3 players)
UTG+1 checks, UTG+2 bets, MP2 calls, UTG+1 calls.

River: (11.00 BB) 5♣ (3 players)
UTG+1 checks, UTG+2 bets, MP2 folds, UTG+1 calls.

Final Pot: 13.00 BB

Results follow (highlight to see):
UTG+1 shows a pair of aces (Kd As)
UTG+2 shows a pair of aces (Kh Ad)

UTG+1 wins with a pair of aces (Kd As)
UTG+2 wins with a pair of aces (Kh Ad)

I would call it also preflop, not sure if it's +EV though :p. I also fold on the flop, he bets into 4 players and 3-betted PF so without reads I'm pretty sure we are beat.

Now i'm going to look at the result .

JJ is probably one of my hardest hands to preflop I think calling a thre bet pre-flop just for set mining purposes would be profitable long term. But for now I am going to follow the SHC more religiously.

If for example MP2 raises en someone behind him 3-bets, it is a cap against the right players, but against UTG+1 and UTG+2 raise and 3-bet with the MP2 coldcall you can easily call for setvalue I think.

i agree. your implied odds should be huge if you hit a set and there are also some other board where you can play on with your hand

btw: you are playing 1/2 now so you shouldn´t play stricktly according to the shc anymore. furthermore i would think about switching to sh :)
