Is turn alright? I bet planning on folding to a raise. Also if checked to me on the river, do I bet?

River is a pretty clear check, or fold vs a bet. Everything completes on the River, including KQ, 7:s8:s, Q:s8:s, Q:c8:c, flushes.

I don't think you can value bet - He just has way too many hands which improve, he has some 9X in his range still, and his JX will often fold vs any bet from you. Taking all these facts into consideration, I think QQ is an underdog vs villain's check-calling range on the River.

When he leads I think he has way too little air here and would need to be turning a hand like A:s8:s or A:d2:d into a bluff.
