Hands dissapearing from HM2

Hmmm....
Double check the filters.
Also double check the date range.

If still no go, find the hand in
c:\HM2Archive
and try to reimport it.

I had. Somehow hm2 did not import very small % of hands i wrote about this issue in their forum. Sugested to do bunch of things but have not done them yet. Other then that hm2 works fine. Do not want to brake somethink as it is very sencible software.

For things like this its always very import to know from which site and gametype the hands are.

If you can find the hand in the handhistory files (in the folder of the pokerclient or under c:\hm2archive) create a new database for a test and try to import the hand via import file into this new database.

On some sites like Stars you can request the handhistories and import them from the mail: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/2022/How+are+emailed+hands+imported+into+Holdem+Manager%3F

One other thing to consider: if you have a disconnect during a hand or you close a table to fast the handhistory will not be written and HM doesn't know about it.

same has been happening with HM1 after latest stars update a few days ago

In my case i manualy imported after stars send it to me. I plau nl zoom sh and it was one of the last hands i played.

I get missing hands too :/

I requested a weeks HH from stars & its capped at 200 hands, thats 15 minutes of play from about 2 weeks.
