In addition you will always go allin, if you see the possibility for a resteal.
This is possible, if...

- our opponent has at least 20BB
- our opponent open raises from CO, BU or SB and we are sitting behind him
- there was no further raise after the initial open raise

Somebody opened from late position (co,btn, sb) and you are on the btn, sb, or bb and make a 3bet

the effective stack should be not less then 20 BB

comparative stack size/position/stage of tournament(bubble/money bubble etc)

Raiser is looser than should be/maybe folds to 3bet a lot?

I am short stack

People are playing tight, because they want to get ITM. Therefore, try stealing the blinds more often, etc.?

Your opponents tight play

Some opponents fold a lot of hands in this phase because they don't want to risk to be eliminated just before getting in the money.

tight players trying to get in the money. usually when there are short stacks about to bust.

pik on small stacks and weaker players

if we are deep we want to bully people who want to get in the money

some play too tight n scared, against them i can raise wider, they just wanna get itm
