I hope you all enjoyed it. Like I already announced there will be a community tournament next tuesday (7:30pm CET) which will also be my last live coaching for the moment. I hope you will all attend =)

The tournament will take place on WilliamHill and has a buyin of 1.10$. You will find it in the "Private" tab under "Tournaments". A news on this matter will be launched within the next days.

What upper limits are there for a resteal? I guess it's ideal against 20-25bb stacks, but how big stack can the stealer have, that we can resteal shove against? If he has 40bb, we can just 3-bet with approximately same ranges as we would call a resteal with?

As long as we have 15 to 25BB it doesn't matter how big our opponents' stack is, as long as it is above 20BB.

Have been trying to figure out holdemresources and icmizer. Holdem resources seems best for me personally. But isn't it a lot about nash-ranges (whatever these and optimal game is???), pushing, raising, calling etc? However nobody at micro or small stakes probably use any nash calculations, so could i benefit from hrc?

Doing the right things is always good ;)
The most important part of a program like HRC is the ICM tool which enables you to give your opponents reasonable ranges (nash is just the default - you can adjust it) and see if your hand has enough equity against them to call while taking ICM factors into account.

I have seen a lot of steals from the HJ, can you point out a resteal range against that?

Probably something like 77+, A7s+, ATo+, KJs+, KQo
In the end it pretty much depends on your opponent. If he is loose enough you can resteal quite a bit more - especially the later your own position gets.

Thanks Asaban!
You said we could resteal tighter if the opponent is lose enough, especially the later our position is. Typo? Shouldn't we resteal a little loser when someone is stealing loser or did you mean by lose that he tends to call more losely?

Hi I'm studying the articles and can't find what to call shoves with.
Ex: I'm BB with 10BB, UTG pushes, what do I call?
What's the chart for this?

We had a discussion about that in the 3rd coaching (mid phase). I guess it makes sense for you to watch the video (see first post in this thread for links). If it is still unclear afterwards just post here again and I will answer it in length :)

Short version:
There are no calling charts, because the ranges are more dependent on our opponent and less on ourselves. Therefore you will need to work on that part yourself. How to do it is described in this weeks coaching.

Asaban

Although the news states something else:
Tomorrow's tournament will take place on WilliamHillPoker. Buyin is 1.10$ and start is at 7:30pm CET. The coaching will start 15 minutes earlier.

Asaban
