Why don't you 4bet/broke preflop with AK? I think that broking AK pre is pretty std considering that random people tends to overplay hands like TT-JJ, AQ an so on. Your opponent is clearly a fish and seems to be quite aggressive, also if you just flat, you play your hand OOP and that's really uncomfortable.

On the flop you have TPTK, villain is not likely to have hands that beat you like 22, T2 or KT since he 3betted (he might be 3betting with KT but that's uncommon). TT and KK (blockered) and AA are the only made hands beating you that he can play in this way.

The flop is drawy so I think the best thing to do is to c/r his cbet to shove if he 3bets.

As played the turn card is one of the sickest in the deck and it's overbet is really scary, I'm not sure of what's the best play here :/
