What about his positional 4b stats?
His overall 4b range in BU is probably going to be 5-6% and this means that your hand should be strong enough to stack off.

If you're asking me whether you think we can make a hero-fold cos of his nutty line of min 6-betting, I'm not sure. If we reversed positions and he made the min 5bet against me, I would often consider folding, though min 5betting with a balanced range is now pretty common, as compared to 2-3 years ago where tight passive regs who did that almost always had KK or AA.

Your min-5bet is way too large I think, either make it 30 max or just jam directly. And JJ is a little too weak to min 5-bet IMO (you're allowing him to flat a ton of hands profitably against it with such good pot odds), do it with QQ+ and some bluffs.

That's crazy tight - He's either 4betting KK+ with bluffs, or just a pure value range of QQ+/AK (2.56%)

If he calls with worse a ton, but only 4bets a super tight range, then the best response would be to 3b/fold.

Not a line I advocate very often (3betting something for value and folding to a 4b) but this guy might be the right guy to use such a strategy against.
