Now on this River i loose to any Overpair, any 9 or 8. So just checked Back

I think its played very well. On this board you can indeed raise the flop and I actually preffer that to waiting till turn. His 3bet on the flop will include a lot of 9x,overpairs,some JT types,two pair(you block those a lot). So turncard improves you more often than it does him...valueraise is in order. When he calls I put him mostly on 9x,overpairs or some overs. River is terrible,check behind and hope he shows you JT.
Raise flop as well as just calling is fine but i like raising the Flop in this situation since you'll normally see people checking a lot with its overcards though people may not be aware of this fact and bet too much on the Turn but there is almost no good turncard to raise and your hand is quite ok with midpair and a gutshot and at least on higher stakes you'll see people checking a lot on the Turn.
As played i really much appreciate your raise on the Turn since your hand is stull vulnerable as you've seen on the River and your opponent almost never has 8x in his range but mostly strong 9x and better. So really well played and i think a lot regs would have gotten intimidated by this turncard and didnt get that 2pair is stronger than it might appear, being too much influenced by the board and not seing the opponents range.
