JJ with 3 limpers in front

I think shoving preflop here is good. JJ is strong but against multiple opponents, any overcard is going to be too scary postflop and we will have to fold to weaker preflop hands (Weak Aces, Unsuited Boradways). If all opponents in the hand have a high VPIP like the Villan, a preflop shove against such wide ranges is good. As played, donkbet on the flop is weak but all Ax hands are in his range and are very likely holdings. Calling the small donkbet seems right to re-evaluate the turn, a check-raise is too dangerous with an Ace on the flop. After a big turn bet, folding seems right as well.

You pretty much just said word for word exactly what I was thinking when I was reviewing the hand afterwards!!!! haha

wow this is weird. His bet sizes are realllly weird.
I think he bluffed at this one. Many players on the internet just love gambling and with such a VPIP he seems to be your man. IMO it's an awkward situation I'm with you on the fold but a preflop shove would've made more sense to me(!)
Maybe you were expecting to 3bet/shove him after a probable raise by him?
