How exactly did you send us a message? We haven't received any tickets from you, nor have we gotten any emails from you on our support email address.
If you have any questions the easiest way to contact us is either through the forum or to send us a ticket. By sending us a ticket we'll generally be able to help you as efficiently as possible but we can answer most questions on the forum as well 
You could also send us an email, but this is by far the least efficient way to contact us. We prefer to provide support through the tickets instead because of this. This way we can get back to you within 24 hours but usually much faster.
That said... What is your question? Perhaps we're able to help right away
Also I'm really liking the progress you're making. Some pretty sweet graphs in here, keep it up!

So wana make a review about that month but am kinda tilted and dont wana do it right now,whatever i play some heads up nl50 at normal tables by the end of the month that didnt work so bad.Play most of my hands fishy and badly but learn something

Hello ppl so few updates for the last month and also few goals for the next.
My contract with my apartment comes to the end and i was planing move from Athens to Loutraki,rent a place and continue there playing some live poker at the casino,but looks like the whole idea that i should move alone again,have some money,and general dont fail,make me nervous and my mood about last few weeks its really bad.Feel lazy and unmotivated,most of the time offensive without any reason etc.
So i will prob stay here,for 12 months more try achieve my goals and continue not giving up as i allways do.
Dont forget that Duces Cracked have the worst videos from every other training site( just imo),feel free to hate them.
Whatever this is my month at ring tables(nl25zoom hate me but i will fix it soon np) and my my graph from sng and mtts that i play at ps and ftp.

So this is my goals for this months!
Play 10k hands every day.
6 tables zoom 4 nl10 ans 2 nl5 only
No heads up,no mtts ,no caps, no hypers.
Play 7 hours per day poker
Dont look my graph
Work 3 hours every day with CREV
10k vpps
Had one day off,monday!
Make 2 videos for youtube "How lose your stack and dont care"
Watch a DC video and try to not laugh.
So lets go,day one.
Feel like i played solid,but playing 6 tables make me kinda nitty idk my stats are 20/17/6 but at nl10 tables am ran 19/16/6,will be loose it up slowly.I dont have hands to show cos i dont see relults or marking hands i will just make some work with simulation.
Will be start also working with a coach that he will help me with the tool very soon.

So am done for today,played for 7hours and i look my graph (one goal fail) and am down like 6 buyins,its hard to me to deal with that even if i know its kinda normal precial at zoom,i cut 2 tables to focus more and try play marginal spots that still plus ev i think.So i will go for 7k hands per day playing ~ 8hours and try not tilting every time that pll stack me off.These is few regs that we have kind of dynamic but every time that i go thinly they show me top of their range 
its so sad i wana cry like a babysome times.
Will be continue working on my game and hoping for a heater within next days before i will die and kill my roll as well.
Am noobis and i never give up!

In other words, tighten up. Let the marginal spots go.
Go for value, use position, be aggressive.
Maybe pass up the pretty 76s from UTG.
7 hours is a long time.

Hey VorpalF2F at first thank you for the tips,yes i do 10 min breaks avery hour and one big prob 30min after i play 5 hours.After drop tables and start play only 4 zoom,i start feel like action was slow.Was in my mind ofc but my 3bet stat insta go up like 1-2% and my x/c river spot also,i know that cos when i playing i look that kind of stat to avoid tilt,when i start calling down a lot or not folding vs 3bets i try seat out.
General i guess i go to thin on a lot of spots,i can open utg with A8o and go b/b/b 1/2 river size vs BB fish with TP on AQTr bb.
Hello pll,to i continue grinding like crazy this month wana have at least 250k hands this month no matter what stacks.I cashout amost my whole roll to pay internet/apartment etc and after last bad month plus a huge downswing am moving at nl5 to massing and also play a lot of zoom nl10 cos there i need only 4 buyins to massing.
I will also stop the reviewing sessiong and the work with cr ev to keep grinding even more hours and maybe do that on my day off.I see myself autopiloting at zoom when i play more that 4 tables cant focus and make some huge mistakes :),i have ton of hand from regs but looks like they go better,3bet me more and play back more v aggression and i have to adjust before they kill me,still ton of nits at tables that play 6/7/0.8 style 24 tabling lol.
Will play 10 hours today cos its nice day to put huge volume and will take a brake tomorrow for relax.So...

Few updates for my poker challenge!
When this year starts i was dreaming playing nl100 by the end but when pll make plans the universe laughs...So am here and amost without roll,still gringing nanos and its sick cos didnt had any basically losing month at all, for last 20 months or so at ring plus mtts/sng tabes.
Last few weeks i played under burn out mode,mostly tilting poker maybe my c game and being unhappy overal with poker and my real life.
Made some rude post at forum and general being angry without any real reason.When someone talk like an idiot two things are possible,he is an idiot or he is unhappy,i thought that being part of that huge poker community i will be make friends that we will be not stay only on poker,but i was wrong.

Its awesome make some good money but at the end its just a game,pll need to be happy play a game,we have to be love games to play poker,no matter what games.
None from my boxing gym can seat down and play 16 hours Age of mythology or football manager or LOL or whatever,but most of the guys that playing poker can easy play every day 12 hours any "stupid" game,just cos its so fun do that.
I miss the time that me and my friends play international socccer pro literally all day,so why thats so fun?Why playing vs others its fun and playing vs computer its boring?
Imo cos competition fact,you cant have a good sleep when someone flirting with your gf when she is at work.You have to do something cos if you will not then he will "beat" you on this game and the price its your gf.Even if you are not in love with her anymore you dont want this happen,cos this will be a defeat!
My point is that being better that someone esle at poker have more value than the money you will win after that,maybe you say "i just wana make more $$ than you,and i dont care being better" but maybe you just cant recognize the true value behind making more money than someone else.This is the reason why 80% of the regs playing poker prob higher than they should,and everybody,i mean EVERYBODY have the illusion that they are better than they actually are.
In my opinion people MUST stop thinking with the way that we lean at school,school kill our imagination and religion make as weak!Stop belive that something good or bad or whatever just cos someone else told you,you have a brain so use it!
In my real life a lot of my close "friends" told to me that am egoist and i allways answer that this is the bigger compliment that i ever heard,why people think that being egoist its bad?Cos you will go in hell or something?How its a bad thing when i wake up at morning,looking the mirron and say to myself, "You are the bigger egoist in the world,and i love you!" How?
It can bring you a lot of problems,but that will be yours problems and you will be love that problems as well,when i was kid at school i remember that one day we talk about girls and one kid was in love with "the most beautiful girl" in school,he wana go and talk with her but he didnt cos he said that she will be reject him just cos our class was one class smaller and we are kinda noobs.And the other kids looks like all agree with that and i was so angry,how you can believe that?This kind of people when brow up they try and find some other ways to believe the same model,they say that women want guys with nice cars or a lot of money etc.I was dating allways with the hottest girls all the time,never had money or fancy cars.Think out of the box,there is no path for the truth.Cos truth its not stationary,its not here or there.Truth moving all the time,there is no map or a guru that can show you anything.
About poker now,as i told you this is my month and its very bad.I have ~100$ roll and i will start a giga challenge.I will play a million hands by the end of this year and i will try make some roll for live poker.So within ~75 days hero will be play 15k hands per day with few breaks and i will show to my self and you that you can beat tilt and burn out without take any break instead,play much more and much more agressive.
Thread will be updating every day with results and i will make ~3k $.Thank you reading and stay with me.

I made 3 sessions 3hours each and i play 24 tables without hud cos my pc cant run hem2 and NT2 at the same time,so i decided that TN have more value to have and i will spent one hour to review some hands and make notes on regs to know who are nits and who are not.Take a 20 min break between sessions.And played 15k hands
Played most of the time good poker spew some chips but general play good focusing at fantamental part and kill it,had my best nl5 session ever lol.This is the graphs from sessions and the whole graph of challenge.You dont wana have me at your table,do you?
