Hi, Mandlebrot,
Welcome to PokerStrategy.com!

On which version of Windows?

I just checked my windows update settings, opened PokerStars and afterwards my settings were still the same.

Do you run any anti-virus software? If not, download a free one and give it a go.

You might want to contact PokerStars' customer service, too.

Best Regards,
VS

Pokerstars have asked for log 0, log 0 update, log 1, log 1 update files and a screen capture:f_confused:. don't know why they asked for screen capture it only shows a red X on the Solve PC issues flag, there is no error message

Problem solved. There is a problem with Bitdefender, in Tools\Profiles there is a box with switch off windows updates which is ticked as default, why anyone would want that I have no idea, but that has cleared up the problem

Good that the problem is solved. Also thanks for updating us here about it, so it may help someone else who encounters the same problem. :f_thumbsup:
