I prefer to donk from the BB on the flop, but then again my BB defence is still awful

Why are you 3 betting these hands preflop?

Villains opened form late position so it is fair to assume they have a wide range, in one case it was a 2.5x open which also could indicate a steal attempt. I have hands with blockers which lowers the probability of them holding a premium pair. I am not looking to play a pot oop where my hand might dominate my opponent´s range but I am oop and he has the initiative. That´s about it.

I agree with watching the Walkthrough series. You will find that those hands are standard calls BB vs BTN. From time to time you can 3bet bluff them, but out of position you are bluff 3betting mostly speculative hands, like suited connectors, which have better playability in 3bet pots (you can be more aggressive out of position with them). If your 3bets were for value, I think your value range there is too wide.
