Flop: (320) 5♠ A♣ J♠ (3 Players)
Hero bets 140, UTG calls 140, BTN calls 140

Turn: (740) 9♠ (3 Players)
Hero bets 320, UTG calls 320, BTN raises to 1,365 and is All-In, Hero folds, UTG calls 940 and is All-In

River: (3,580) 5♥ (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

Results: 3,580 Pot
UTG showed J♣ Q♠ (two pair, Jacks and Fives) and LOST (-1,500 NET)
BTN showed K♠ 2♠ (a flush, King high) and WON 3,580 (+2,080 NET)

Looking back on this hand I can see that the bet on the flop was too weak and i should of bet the pot. Any advice on bet sizes and what play i should of made on the turn?

preflop raise is good.
on the flop you have to bet a bit more.
against 2 opponents i would bet close to the potsize
so a bet around 280-300 looks good to me.
you need to charge the flushdraws and max your value out of low aces.
if you still get a call... well suppose both player call.
then the pot would be 900+320 = 1200 and you would have 1100 left.
betting in this spot would commit you to the pot because you have the ace of spades.
so if both players call you can deside. either you check/fold the turn to an all in bet or go all in by yourself because every bet would commit you to the pot. this is not an easy spot, but against two opponents i think i would check the turn and see what happens.
if somebody pushes all in, you will get 1200+1100=2300:1100 odds.
still a tough situation, because if he is capable of bluffing this scare card you need to call. he can easliy bet an ace with a weaker spade, AQ, or AJ.

if you have no reads at all i would check/fold to an all in bet and see if i can find a not so marginal spot....

good fold by the way. Ok preflop raise, then u have to bet almost like the pot size againts two villians. then i would usually check on that turn and try to keep the pot small. Try to see the 5 card almost for free and call one bet on the river

I like preflop.

Flop as grummeler said bet way more.

On the turn I also prefer a check/reevaluate. This way we can stay in the pot (and win a nice one against a flush) if we hit a 4th :spade:. With a non- :spade:Ak I would bet/fold the turn as you did.
