dont know what kind of fish he is
vs some fishes i would 3bet like 30big blinds here so i dont have problems postflop

if you have fold equity vs this fish you can x/r all in

if your plan was to hit flop or just quit, you can call 1 street if he does not bet all turns( you can realize more equity if you see river)
if he mostly always bets turn then you can fold on flop given the bad pot odds

I would play it the same and wait for better spots to stack him off.

I dont think you have to be worried about over cbetting here, with 2 backdoors and 2 overs you have the nuts on the flop imo.

imo you should stop all this "my opponent is a fish" stuff and focus on the logic of the hand. you should expect to have at least 30% fold equity on the flop with a cbet, which combined with your turn prospects should mean +EV.

it just seems pretty silly to me not to cbet such a board when i feel like people cbet too much sometimes.

Well if you really think player is a fish then just shove preflop if you think he never folds. or call and overbet when you hit. if he's a fish why not do that?

by the way i highly disagree with x/r all in, that seems super silly compared with cbetting.

We could do this, but there is BB still to act.

I just always find this whole fish thing an excuse. Check fold is also a fine play vs pot bet at 50bbs anyways so it's not that big of a deal.

The only valid reason to play check-fold is that the fish is short. Also, don't 3-bet short-stacks (FE = 0.0000019), especially OOP with a hand that plays well MW. You don't mind BB coming along when holding a suited A.

Totally agree with Yohan. Call pre, you play well vs shortstack fish and mw.
We can think of 3 betting if BB is very active squeezer.

Absolutely agree. I thought we are raising a limper.
