If this guy is really really silly, and has been spewing off money like crazy, sure I'm ok in calling down with A high, but Yohan did make some good points... I'd much rather bet flop for my outs and for PROTECTION, remember any hand has at least 6 outs agains us...
And I've seen so many people calling gutshots in these low limits and other random crazy stuff that we could actually consider a value bet, given the fact that he seems like a donk.
I think we make our life a lot easier by maintaining our initiative.
As played, I think I raise river to something like $3 and possibly fold to a shove (I think we'd still have 2 bucks left right?). Alternatively we could simply shove it ourselves and still expect to be called by any two pair + lower straight. Sure he has the flush sometimes, but more often than not he shows up with 2 pair or straight IMO
