I don't condemn any play, fold, call, or raise. Each to his own and adjusted to ones own skills and style.

The raise is designed to take down a preflop pot of, say, 4.5 bb by investing, say, 9bb. The call is designed to put you in a position to play good poker postflop for an investment of 3bb. The fold is primarily designed to keep us out of trouble postflop. All of these are acceptable. My preference is to call, mostly because of the fish. I'd perhaps call without fish as well if I am in a good mood. Playing against übertight ranges in position is very easy. Playing OOP, knowing that the opponent (who plays illegally many holdings on the button) knows I have AA/KK/QQ/JJ/TTAK/AQ/AJs or whatever, is not easy, especially on low boards.

Noone is underestimating anything here.
I said my reasons. For me calling is the worst we can do here. But who am I to tell you... :)

I understand that you want to be in the pot with the fish. But still I do not like to play mw esp vs utg with this hand. That's all. And I fo not say I am right, just my opinion.
