I was late in a online tournament,BB at 3,000,my stack at 20,000,had Ac Qs at the cut-off,high jack limp,i call ( i should have gone all-in),flop,Qh 7s Qc,he bet , i push all-in to double-up,he call with 6c-6s and he hit turn 6 and river 6! everybodys says my move was non-sense,being short-stack i think it was the best play,am i wrong´,thanks.

I think you should post this hand in the Tournament Section.
What is the size of blinds? If you have less than 10bb stack- just push pre.
As nitrol said it would be better to post this to Tournament Section. I have not much experience in tournament play but I'm still gonna give my opinion x)
If I understood correctly big blind was 3k and your stack was 20k, which means you have less than 7 big blinds? You should push pre.
As la55i said that nitrol said, push pre-flop. I recommend that you get hold of Dan Harrington's three volume set on tournament play if you are serious about tournaments. It is somewhat dated in some respects, but that is just poker fashion, not science.

This is standard shove pre-flop. You can't just limp it and wait to hit. With direct shove you can win immediately 2,5bb+antes here, so it's profitable shove with any Ax and many other hands.
