Hi all i did not received my $150 starting capital on Pokerstars after waiting for 24-48hours can i know whats wrong ? can any1 help me please . i want to play asap

Did you check your emails, maybe you have to send your ID first.
If you already sent it it can take up to 96 hours until you'll get your 50$.
Did you enter all required information in your profile
Did you enter all required information in your poker account.
Are you living in the USA (we can't send the money to players that are currently living in the USA)
Maybe you should also check your tickets (right hand side)
Maybe the support tried to contact you

Yes i checked my mail but i dont see a need for ID Check and i have followed the instructions to play on pokerstars can i know why i still dont receive the money ? i check my mail box everyday and i dont see any email sended to me about a problem with my account or whatsoever.
