Simply earn the qualifying amount of StrategyPoints* for at least 20 days in November and you'll be levelled up. The requests to all rooms were sent from our end, now it's the matter of when the given room will credit the money - as I mentioned above, some have already done this, some are still processing so the best way to check it is to log in to your account - in your case Betfair

Hey pok3ras,

Only 2 things you can really do. The first is to check bonus wallets as I don't think the money is paid directly into your poker wallet.

The second thing is to drop their support an email and ask them what's going on.
