Villain is 22/11on 24 hands . No other info.

I actually got several questions about this hand . Since villain is more likely to be tight than not is this a hand i should 4bet or fold and not call ?
I think the river fold might be mistake as played since i only need 30% equity. Assuming he plays AAKKQQ that way i only need 4 combos of missed draws for this to be worth a call . Then again i have not seen many ppl 3barrel bluff oven .
Another question i have is if the river is a fold should i be folding already on the turn ?

I'd play it the same. As you mentioned, I don't see him bluffing the river anymore. You're not beating anything at this point and it would be really awesome if he's tripple barrel bluffing here.

I don't like calling down anymore big river bets or shoves since I figured out that people almost always have the goods (10 NL PokerStars that is). I'd prefer to get bluffed once in a while (1/5) rather than calling down too light (4/5).

If u 4bet this hand, I dont think u cant call a shove profitably, and mucking this hand is not good either... so I dont think its a good idea w AQ. Call seems ok.
I agree that the average field is not 3 barrel bluffing that often to make a calling river light correct.
The hand was well played overall. I dont see calling turn as a crime at all.

Two reasons for me to reinforce folding on river:
1) As mentioned, 3-barrell bluffs on micros are not often (Only I do those)
2) His sudden change in betsize pattern Flop-Turn indicates that he could be adjusting the turn sizing to set up a river shove.

You can 4 bet but it would be as a bluff.
The turn sizing tell is irrelevant. He will have a less-than-psb on river if he makes it significantly bigger or smaller.
I am not calling the river.

I was not planning on stacking off after i 4bet . It was intended as a bluff only which i am fine with since i want to have some 4bet bluffs i cant only have AAKK. My thinking is if it would be good considering his hypothetical range to use AQ as a bluff instead of calling which i would do against a less tight player.

Man, you have only 24 hands on villain, which is significantly small sample size to base your decisions on.
AQo is a normal call vs unknown.
