I had QQ on the button and was facing a 3.5x raise from UTG against a very nitty opponent. After a 74 hand sample he had only played 6 hands, raising 3 of them. I thought from that position I was going to see AA and KK a lot so I just flat called his raise.
Here are villains stats:

The flop was pretty wet and all I had was the overpair with a gutshot and no heart. TT and JJ just made a set and I'm still losing to KK and AA. He Cbet for 60% pot and I called, really only hoping to hit a 9 or see if he shuts down on the turn. The turn came a 3rd heart and he bet 60% pot again. At this point I can't really think of a hand I'm ahead of so I opted to fold. I guess he could have AK with the A of hearts but he could also have that with two hearts and I'm drawing dead. Overall I think I'm losing quite often here, especially with him continuing to bet at the 3 hearts.
Would you have played this differently? Maybe 3-bet pre? Seems kind of nitty flat calling but I don't think there's much value in raising.
