I'm disappointed. Can someone help me? I sent the ID card scan and I do not know if everything is ok. I also sent a ticket and nobody answered me. I have a chance to get the bonus? Please answer. Thx.

Hello lilsquirrel,

Why are you disappointed? You only passed the quiz yesterday - and the waiting period without an ID check is 48 hours. Since you had an ID check you will need to be patient until our support processes it - which in itself can take between 24-48 hours.

You simply need to be patient.
