Well, i'd not call that raise in the first place, despite of his preferences he just took advantage of his stack size as well as position, nothing you can do in that situation, shorten your range and shove more often instead of mini raise while being sbvs bb or btnvsblinds.

T3s is a bit wide defend and I surely wouldn't call that 3bet.

Start limping BVB so when you call iso, you have to pay less then when he 3bet. Also increase your 4bet shove range. Folding is also option. Don't forget on that. He has a lot of chips and this is bounty builder so he is doing great job by shorten you by that so when you 4bet shove, he can call you wider because of your bounty. And you can get into grows spots like you did in those 2 hands.
So adjust by:
- opening tighter
- increase 4bet shove range
- start limping BVB and increaase in the same time shoving range over his iso range
If he is also very aggro against limps, then is betteer to limp every hand that you wish to play, by that you keep pot smaller if you get into marginal spot, and shove over his iso raise with all hands that you 4bet shove. Off course also increase your limp/call range with more suited hands.

I think everyone is convinced that my opening and defending a bit too loose. And the playing very well his position and stack size. I realize that now, I make a lot these mistakes when I reach the final 2/3 tables often.
