You can do it with the budget version. Select suit-combinations. Say you feel he does this or that 50% of the time with 23s. Then select the black combos (or red). Even spilt-suit combos can be chosen in full, so better precision is possible (he does it with 3c2h, but folds the rest of 32). (My example is perhaps not the most realistic:) Just illustrating what you can do in Equilab.)

That is a sort of what I was trying to say. But not to devide by combos but as possibility of happening.
