Bet that flop and try to avoide 3betting OOP with suited connectors at nl2, your nl2 player God damn it (sic!), not Daniel Negranu of poker who needs to win every hand.

People at nl2 do not fold to 3bets often, so when you 3bet your range has to be value heavy. 9T is ok to flat and play postflop as if you hit there is a big chance you get paid.

Just cbet the flop, tons of Ax hands would be folding.

Yes, I put him on KQ - AQ. He looks somewhat nitty. Maybe I lucked out this time because he folded against my shove but I was tanking for a while and when I do, I mark the hand and post it here

Turn, as played: I like the bluff, but then I assume a reasonably sensible villain. A sensible villain does not have a 2 (and is probably not smart enough to figure out that you have few ducks in your range, and few AA/KK). That same villain should fold most of his Qx, and he can't call with a flush draw (too bad pot odds provided my math is on). Unless you "never check-raise bluff", and unless you think "they never fold Qx here", this should be part of your bluffing range. You have most likely 12 outs if called.

Then there's the problem of 3-betting trash from the blinds as others have observed. (Yes, it is trash if called in 3-bet pot HU OOP.) If you insist, then you pretty much have to find some more ways of winning than hoping to hit well. This includes c-betting more (probably too much in some sense) and bluffing. I can't guarantee it is profitable, I just think it is the only way to try to make it profitable. It's up to you:)

This is definitely a flop you want to 3-bet. You have equity with the FD and Villain has a lot of hands in his range without a Q

Either you CBet this board (your 3bet bluff actually hit the flop quite well and you have to be happy for it) or you check-shove -> maximazing your fold equity.
Both of them are good in my opinion.

Maximizing fold equity is not the objective. Maximizing EV is.
