This is a spot where I (as a shorthanded cash pro) want to ISO immediately . Is it a bit too loose though? Should I consider ISO tighter from this pos or is ATo fine? Am I too short to be doing this and not call off to a shove?

First of all I have moved your hand to the hand discussion board, because it’s fits better there.
This looks like a fine raise to me against a limper and I would fold on a 3bet or shove on you with still 20bb left.

Surely you should raise more? Everyone is getting such a great price to call.
I cant see what the buyin is but if its a micro you usually want to raise 3X +1 for every limper
I would say a raise of 3.5X is minimum here

ISO is fine here. And make it at least 3X because you want to make sure you have HU pot vs the fish. ATo simply is atrocious in multiway pots, but plays very well heads up. If you get jammed over, it will be easy fold against most players, as people expect ISOs to be more value heavy in MTTs.
