[Closed] Tilt - what to do?

I usualy take a walk, or do jogging,

But this week on FuLL Tilt software, because, i guess, the name says it all, on a tournament by grinding before of 2 satelites and sweating etc. i was force to push all in with aces, two hands in a row.
First time i had just called preflop beeing under the gun trying to trap someone, and i did, a pair of nine's witch catched up on the river the set.Left with 9 blind's and tilting.
Next hand, BB i got ace's again, SB goes all in with deuces and cathes a deuce on the flop.End game.End of my mouse and my mouse pad.End of my session for 1 week

I guess about 20 mouses, 1 mobile phone and two monitors died in the office since I opened this thread.

@ Sixt00: Just take a break, read some articles and post some hands. Losing with aces happens to all of us. The more experienced you are the more relaxed you will be if it happens again. So take a break to calm down, get some more theoretical knowledge and get back to the action.

I usually sit down with 25-100% of my BR at a random hi/lo or triple draw variant. I go all in until I either recoup my losses or lose it all. The games are enough of a coin flip that it is a good idea to do this. That way, you never lose money.
