Poker Stars, $3.13 Buy-in (10/20 blinds, 3 ante) No Limit Hold'em Tournament, 6 Players

4th hand of SnG so no stats

Pre & OTF would you ever raise?
What do you think to my sizings OTT and river? I was folding to a river raise then for some reason called.....

Hero (SB): 1,434 (71.7 bb)
BB: 1,360 (68 bb)
UTG: 1,335 (66.8 bb)
MP: 1,494 (74.7 bb)
CO: 1,484 (74.2 bb)
BTN: 1,893 (94.7 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A♥: Q♣:
UTG raises to 60, 3 folds, Hero calls 50, BB calls 40

Flop: (198) 9♥: A♣: 2♣: (3 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, UTG bets 80, Hero calls 80, BB calls 80

Turn: (438) 7♦: (3 players)
Hero bets 189, BB calls 189, UTG folds

River: (816) 7♥: (2 players)
Hero bets 545, BB raises to 1,028 and is all-in, Hero calls 483

Results:

Preflop calling is ok especially if you have no info on the UTG so far.
OTF I would lead out most of the time for value (see no reason why AK would raise here) and bet 2/3
OTT I would continue with a bit smaller sizing 1/2
OTR I would c/c most often.

As played, OTT I would bet bigger
OTR I prefer to be on a safe side at early stages and I think check is better here coz it is unlikely that we get action by worse (some Ax may be which could also have 2 pairs or FH) after a chunky bet OTT and lead OTR. Definetely fold to a raise, I don't see him bluffing anytime at this spot. What was you thinking process during the hand?

Pre-flop isn’t a bet spot for a 3bet I think against a unknown in a 6 handed game.
As played you can consider to lead the flop for value and protection indeed, but as played I would still check/call the turn. This way you will keep the ranges a little bit wider.

The river I don’t think a bet is to bad here on a paired river card for value, but I would bet less. If you bet 300 or so you have still room to fold, but now your committed for sure.

If you play c/c the turn, would you bet for a thin value OTR and fold to a raise?

I would only bet the river if everyone checked the turn.
Otherwise I would most likely even check/fold the river, but that will be close.

If I lead the flop am I not just getting worse to fold and taking away their chance to bluff either now or on later streets? PP's may check the flop and bet the turn

I think that it would be too tight for pp to fold otf in position. As SDK said, by betting OTF you don't necessarily narrow his range so he will have the opportunity to bluff (which is unlikely against two opps though) or bet a weaker Ax on later streets when you check.
I also don't think that pp often checks the flop in position.
