How would you guys play this vs unknown?
* Folding seems weak
* Calling likely gets me in a 3-way pot trying to flop a set, and I don't have the odds to set-mine
* 4-betting likely isolates against better range

Also, which range would you defend in this spot?

It's an ackward spot, indeed, but I think we can call, mostly to setmine. I don't like folding in this spot and 4betting would be an overplay imo. CO will probably join if we call, so we have better implied odds postflop. I think we can 4bet QQ+ for value in this spot and call something like AKo, AKs-AQs, JJ-99. I wouldn't bother with 4bet bluffing in this spot although it would probably be theoretically correct. 4bet bluff range should probably be something like AJs-ATs, AQo.
