When the 2nd T comes on the river I just fold. He might just have a J, but it looks a lot like T or 6. Given his turn 3bet he represents strength, so I like to call down on T and J, of course raise a K, and think about raising most others. Depends a little on stats and reads.

i would just call down after the turn raise (call flop/raise turn was good of course :)). you just can´t fold the river... basically no matter what reads you have. 11.7 to 1 hu with an overpair and no flush or straight possibilites -> snapcall.
you have to be ahead only ~8.5% of the time... and you certainly will be ahead more often than that
