set vs heavy action on turn when straight completes 140 bb deep

It’s a hand you could also 3bet pre-flop with against an unknown regular I think.
As played the only straight combo that is in his range beats us on the turn is 98 and I don’t think he would call to often a check-raise with that on the flop and JJ and 77 would go broke on the flop already I think. SO I can’t fold the turn ether here,

3betting a hand with awful playability and no blockers OOP, especially deep seems terrible. 66 is probably one of the worst hands you can choose to 3bet here. Calling pre is the correct decision.

Postflop looks fine, on the turn I don't think we can discount the possibility that an unknown reg is spaz jamming overpairs/AJ or some draws. Call, and if he shows us better than NH, GG

I would just call this hand pre as you did. I might be 3betting this from SB.
This hand actually has good playability, not awful. It is easy to play and you know what to do when you hit or do not hit. Also hands with worse playability (like A5s, K5s, A9o) make a good bluff 3bet. So I have to disagree with wasy8.

I guess the problem is not that you know or do not know what to do but the problem is that when you bluff, you have only 2 outs to improve. I have also heard that its bad to 3bet those, so currently I dont do that. I have done that earlier and somebody teached me that its bad.

The 3b of small PP is done from SB vs late positions, as we do not want to call and get squeezed. Also the ranges from LP are wide and we do not have implied odds to chase our sets.
