I think he's got something very nice considering his line calling your reraise on flop and bet on turn so I'd make him face a difficult decision ... I bet 25-30$.

I shove =) I think it looks weaker than making a normal bet.


I´d also shove.
He might not call with TT-QQ, but if he thinks for that you has there bluff or nuts. and he could always hold there AA which he likely call you down.
