Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has Q♥ A♣

UTG raises to 3 BB, fold, fold, fold, fold, Hero calls 2 BB

Flop: (6.5 BB, 2 players) T♠ J♥ A♦
Hero checks, UTG bets 3 BB, Hero calls 3 BB

Turn: (12.5 BB, 2 players) Q♠
Hero checks, UTG bets 12 BB,

Hero?

Preflop: Call seems standard.

Flop: Call seems standard.

Turn: vs a pot sized bet I do not seem to be ahead anymore on this board. He has tons of Kx and I cannot be sure about implied odds if I hit my boat outs. Plus, I do not know how often he would bluff this way (if at all). So I guess this is a pretty straightforward fold...!?

Spoiler

Hero calls 12 BB

Spoiler

River: (36.5 BB, 2 players) A♥

Hero?
Dream come true. I think there is only one option here!?

Spoiler

Hero bets 193.5 BB and is all-in, UTG calls 110 BB and is all-in

Hero shows Q♥ A♣ (Full House, Aces full of Queens)
(Pre 74%, Flop 9%, Turn 10%)
UTG shows Q♦ K♠ (Straight, Ace High)
(Pre 26%, Flop 91%, Turn 90%)
Hero wins 247.5 BB

Villain has straights but maybe sometimes a bluff or weaker 2 pair. I think it is close to folding but I might still call one street and give up OTR.

Wild move to shove deep on a pot of 36bb. But I guess you can maximize your value vs weaker full houses and some straights that way. I think a good villain would not call with straight that often but this is NL2 :)
